This is something new I’m introducing on my blog but I believe will be beneficial to others.

It’s called FILMMAKER SPOTLIGHT.

Every month or so I will profile a filmmaker who’s movies and body of work impress me. They don’t necessarily have to be well known or making big Hollywood blockbusters. I will simply focus on individuals who display extraordinary passion, talent and commitment towards filmmaking (either shortfilms, documentaries or features).

For my first FILMMAKER SPOTLIGHT I’d like to profile…Anders Overgaard.

I recently connected with Anders Overgaard, who lives in Norway. The best way to describe Anders’ filmmaking…pure genius. This guy is creating kick-ass films by myself (one person crew) using his friends as actors. I highly recommend you take a few minutes to watch his DOP demo reel and film “The Guy With the Invisible Gun” below which he directed.
